Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information BlueMap collects, how we use it, the subprocessors we rely on, and the choices you have. BlueMap is operated by Conversion System, LLC.
This is a general template provided for transparency and is not legal advice; BlueMap will finalize these terms with counsel.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information to provide the Service:
- Account information — name, email address, business name, role, and login credentials for the people who administer your BlueMap workspace.
- Brand and tenant context — the documents and facts you provide to teach the Service your brand: voice guides, offers, goals, location details, and other context used to generate marketing.
- Connected-account tokens — access tokens and credentials for the third-party platforms you connect (for example WordPress, Google Business Profile, and social networks) so the Service can publish and report on your behalf.
- Site and marketing metrics — performance data such as rankings, traffic, engagement, and publishing status collected from your sites and connected platforms.
- End-customer leads — contact information for your prospective customers that you route to the Service through a leads webhook (for example a name, email, phone number, or message submitted on your site).
- Usage and log data — technical information generated when you use the Service, such as IP address, device and browser information, actions taken, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and secure the Service, including generating, scheduling, and publishing marketing content;
- Authenticate users and manage your workspace and connected accounts;
- Process end-customer leads you route to us and make them available to you;
- Measure marketing performance and produce reporting;
- Provide support, communicate about your account, and send service-related notices;
- Bill for the Service and prevent fraud and abuse;
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Service; and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Subprocessors
We rely on the following subprocessors to operate the Service. Each processes only the data needed for its function and is bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
| Subprocessor | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Anthropic | AI content generation (large language model provider) |
| Cloudflare | Application hosting and database |
| Resend | Transactional and notification email delivery |
| Zernio | Social media publishing and scheduling |
| OVH | Executor / compute hosting |
| Stripe | Subscription payment processing |
We may update this list as the Service evolves; when we add or change a subprocessor that handles personal data, we will update this Policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period, unless a longer retention is required for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. You may request deletion as described below. Connected-account tokens are retained until you disconnect the account or close your workspace.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and scoped credential storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for the security of the connected accounts you authorize.
7. International Transfers
We and our subprocessors may process and store information in countries other than the one in which you are located, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses — for transfers of personal data across borders. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in these locations.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete your personal information;
- Export a copy of your data in a portable format; and
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. Where you provide end-customer leads to us, you act as the controller of that data and we process it as your processor; we will assist you in responding to requests from your end customers, and we will direct such requests we receive to you.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is a business tool that is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
12. Contact & Data Requests
For questions about this Policy or to make a data-processing request — including access, correction, deletion, or export — contact us at hello@bluemap.com. Please include enough detail for us to locate your records and verify your request; we may need to confirm your identity before acting. You may also reach us by mail at Conversion System, LLC (operating BlueMap).
